TIER 3 MEDIA LICENSE AGREEMENT

SUGE KNIGHT — TIER 3 LICENSE

This license grants rights to use the name “Suge Knight” in a single piece of monetized content that centers around his name, image, or voice.

Tier 3 covers:

• “Suge Knight” featured prominently in video title and thumbnail

• Use of call content, interviews, or footage where Suge Knight is the central topic

• Total view count between 100,000 and 500,000

This license is for one (1) piece of content, such as:

• A long-form interview

• A feature video or doc episode

• A standalone in-depth analysis or phone call segment

After checkout:

2. We will review your submission within 24–48 hours

3. You’ll receive a signed PDF license by email

Important Notes:

• If you plan to upload multiple videos or a full Suge Knight content series, we recommend upgrading to the Ongoing License

• If your video exceeds 500K views, you may be asked to upgrade to a higher-tier license or revenue share
